Daily Diary (DD) - Day 19 of 2025

0500hrs:

3 days in a row is good going. 

.... 

I'm also into my 2nd day of resuming the practice of walking for at least an hour on an empty stomach. This is an essential routine which I kept up best in the 2015/16 era but then it became irregular before becoming erratic.

This routine is an important source of strength for both mind and body.
