Getting up at about 0800hrs again despite getting to bed by 2100hrs yesterday evening. Need to work much harder on this 'Achilles heel' after resuming my daily walk and daily gym workout yesterday.

Electricity had disappeared yesterday morning at c. 0800hrs and didn't really return for another 36 hours until about 1900hrs today and then disappeared again at 2000hrs only to return at c. 2200hrs.
