My punctuality deficit has increased to 393 minutes.
It was torrential rain for the last half an hour or so of our 3 and a half hour journey from Rawalakot to Dadyaal, this morning. Despite the herculean effort, we were still 22 minutes late for duty.

The following programme requires deliberation and further clarity. There is UN jurisprudence and there is a conflict resolution mechanism outside that framework/template too. Both can compliment each other nevertheless and this is what I want to elaborate on:
