Poonch in AJK has taken the lead to give order to public protests throughout the territory:
'All Parties Peoples Rights Forum - District Poonch' is the aptly generic title given to the emerging mass movement in that part of AJK:
The AJK Government contends that they rebelled against an autocratic ruler in 1947. If we assume that to be correct, it would follow that their legitimacy totally relies on the public (the people or the inhabitants of the territory). It would then follow that they - the AJK Government - must follow the lead of the people, not the robbers.
