Note: We arrived an hour early to make up for the weak link in our 24 hour cycle. Our 3rd person (24hr / 3) and 3rd shift is causing us problems, by his late arrivals and now absence between 0200hrs and 0800hrs. It is likely that we will have to employ someone else. Senior people in their 40s to 60s are more likely to perform punctually and take duty as duty. Someone in their early 20s in this society is not as keen on building society or taking responsibility.
We have been reminded of that in these past few mornings.
