Its another night of remote monitoring as tension mounts throughout the urban streets and rural hamlets of AJK.

It is becoming increasingly clear that - true to form - the Pakistani State has ridiculously under-estimated the preparedness of the AJK public: for whatever mischief, provocation, diversion or instigation the former has planned for this territory; over the coming hours and days leading up to Monday (29 September).

We have made some inroads into #PeaceBondAJK2025 in Bagh. We are also increasingly receiving written reviews of the output of JKA PUBLIC AGENCY. The following is an example in Urdu:

جی تنویر صاحب آپ جس انداز میں اپنی ریاست کیلئے دن رات ایک کر کے کام کر رہے ہیں یقیناً قابلِ تحسین ھے۔۔۔ ہر مکتبہ فکر یا گروہ کا ریاست کیلئے کام کرنے کا اپنا اپنا طریقہ ھے۔۔۔۔ لیکن آپ جو کام کر رہے ہیں اصل کام یہی ھے اور اتھینٹک معلومات حاصل کرنا اور عوام تک پہنچانا ہی اصل جدوجہد ھے کیونکہ جب عوام کو معلومات ھو گی تو وہ مقصد کا تعین کر سکے گی۔۔۔

Countdown to end of 2025: 97 days

Waking up in Bagh and continuing routine of walking on empty stomach first thing in morning. Today is Day 4 in this regard.

I have a critical target to reach here in this district - that of achieving the value of 1 share of #PeaceBondAJK2025 (equivalent to £1,000 UK pounds sterling) - and the potential of doing so in Bagh is probably higher than in any other district. 

Let's see what transpires....

0427hrs:

Countdown to end of 2025: 98 days

Still awake to remotely monitor proceedings in Muzaffarabad between JK JAAC and representatives from Pakistan's federation. 

The deadlock on demands 1 and 2 of JAAC 38 Point Charter couldn't be broken from early evening yesterday to about 0415hrs this morning. 

Monday's 29 September AJK-wide total shutdown will go ahead as scheduled. 

Meanwhile, police from Pakistan is reported to be entering AJK in numbers at intervals.

More significant than what happened in Muzaffarabad is what happened in Leh yesterday. India has crossed a Rubicon, by killing innocent protesters in Ladakh. 

There are heavy implications for this. Concerns for ecology will triumph over extraction. What just happened in Ladakh has just accelerated that process.

The morning walk on an empty stomach straight after waking from a good night's sleep was achieved for the second day in a row.

Countdown to end of 2025: 100 days

I regain hope in my own abilities by waking at 0700hrs and walking on an empty stomach after a good night's sleep, even though I didn't get to sleep before 0230hrs.

Today's another day of travel, northwards on this occasion.

Update 1558hrs:

As of today, we only have a hundred days left of this year. Time is ticking and so is opportunity. It is apt that we just reached Rawalakot a few minutes ago. If it happens here, it will happen in the rest of AJK. If so, then opportunities will arise in the rest of JKA too.

Incrementally improving in my routine but still very far from the optimum level required for activism in our territory.

1218hrs:

My work output is satisfactory even though financial input from the public is at its most critical stage. For the first time in 2 decades my debts are hovering over the 1 lakh threshold. If the public doesn't help me swim soon, there is a danger of drowning.

Later this morning I was prompted to provide a summary of the financial responsibility of my co-citizens. Indeed, as of today I will be providing a new template for income, expenditure, assets and liabilities which will in due course be published in real-time (as soon as is possible) at jkapublicagency.org:

A summary of what is financially required from every co-citizen of AJK (including its diaspora) to ensure JKA PUBLIC AGENCY completes its preparation for a genuinely free government in AJK, including the training & full time employment of 2,000 data management specialists, proportionately representing each moza (administrative village in AJK) gradually. 

Tier 1:

£1, 000 (UK pounds) or its equivalent x 1 co-citizen, payable in installments up to the end of 2025. 

Tier 2:

£100 (UK pounds) or its equivalent x 10 co-citizens, payable in installments up to the end of 2025. 

Tier 3:

£10 (UK pounds) or its equivalent x 100 co-citizens, payable in installments up to the end of 2025. 

Tier 4:

£1 (UK pound) or its equivalent x 1,000 co-citizens, payable in installments up to the end of 2025. 

Notes:

1) All co-citizens who have publicly funded JKA PUBLIC AGENCY or its predecessors since 2012 can subtract whatever they have already paid from the amount required. 

2) If the target of 1,000 shares (a combination of any tier amounting to 1,000 x £1,000 viz. a million) is not met by the end of 2025 then all funds received since 2012 will be refunded over the course of 2026 and JKA PUBLIC AGENCY will cease operation, as of 1 January 2026.

3) This is an investment in governance and involves a strategy to generate returns of up to 100 times the money invested after 10 years. It is not a charity or a 'get rich quick' or an insurance policy or any other scheme. No 1 individual can invest more than once over the next decade, to ensure equal opportunity for every co-citizen rich or poor. 

4) All financial transactions (income & expenditure) as well as (assets & liabilities) will be transparent & available for scrutiny at jkapublicagency.org whilst the identity of individual investors will remain confidential.

1325hrs:

Everything is in sync now. The ball is firmly in the people's court in AJK.

It is up to them to take their fair share of responsibility. If they do we will all succeed. If they don't, we will all fail.

In the latter scenario, the world's most precious territory (in relative terms) will be consigned to perpetual conflict, including continued mass migration of the indigenous population.

The 3rd of September Public Statement 

(to the people of AJK in particular and JKA in general)

As a patriot of my motherland (Dharti Maa) I've worked pro bono (voluntarily conducted independent action-oriented public policy research in public interest - free of charge by devoting an average of 16 hours a day) for over 2 decades, for and with my fellow co-citizens, who are all equally entitled to determine their own future, as referenced by international law.

Even at this stage, over 99% of our population (inheritors of the hitherto autocratic State of Jammu & Kashmir pre 1947) are yet to understand the value of independent research: as witnessed by this devoted, focussed, un-interrupted and un-compromising patriot.

If this matter is not addressed by this referenced and documented population - in these 120 days before the end of this bullish year of 2025 - it will most likely be too late to address it ever again - given the practical barriers to self-determination - structured with the complicit approval of the 'international community' as many among this population perceive.       

It will also terminate this voluntary contract as a fellow Owner (Maalik) & Inheritor (Waaris) of the territory that 'I' (Tanveer Ahmed s/o Khan Muhammad Rafique) has operated in as 'we' - to fulfil conditions of public interest - in the shape of JKA PUBLIC AGENCY, have inclusively revised as Jammu Kashmir & Allied (areas) or JKA for short.
