Countdown to end of 2025: 39 days
It didn't get better when it should have. I didn't get to sleep till beyond 0100hrs last night (or rather this morning) and despite getting up at 1100hrs I relined back till 1300hrs today, a whole 10 hours behind schedule. On my morning walk thereafter, I received signs from people I met enroute that I need to sort out my sleeping pattern. I think this was the best wake up call I could have ever received.
