I made good progress in these past 24 hours. I ensured that I got to bed at 2000hrs sharp! Yes I couldn't fall asleep for many an hour and I was awake at 0300hrs but couldn't quite get up till 0700hrs. At least I've bridged the gap to 4 hours and I feel fresh too. Not getting up after 2000hrs last night under any pretext has helped immensely.
Let's see if I can make further improvements tomorrow.
