In a similar frame of mind was this assessment I suspect:

If AJK people reject merger with India (their democratic right in a plebiscite) doesn't make Pakistan the good guy; to empower Pakistan like this, means to disempower 'Azad' Kashmiris. #Pakistan plays the people of #Kashmir against one another, to undermine a collective response

People's mandate is important
Without peoples decision no one se can decide their future

Kashmirz future should be decided by kashmiris not Indians or Pakistanis.

This malaise is under reported thus:

I come from the so-called free AJK community, a client-state of #Pakistan. No one from Mirpur comes to twitter to insult Pakistanis. But, everyday, literally everyday, racist #Pakistanis insult, demean, degrade AJK people cus they think it's banter. They call this fraternity!
