After yesterday's marathon day whereby I didn't sleep at all during the night while working away and then followed that with a full day of fieldwork, by the evening I was exhausted.
Although this was an experiment in breaking the shackles of an erratic sleep cycle over the past few months, a lie-in this morning was warranted having fallen asleep at almost midnight last night. I did wake up in the morning and even got up on a few occasions but continued sleeping until c. 1300hrs.
