1843hrs:
My form has dipped somewhat. I did get to sleep at 0200hrs and got up for Suhoor at 0430hrs. Went back to sleep at 0600hrs but didn't get up till 1600hrs. 12.5hrs of sleep altogether, just over double the necessary amount. Need to cut back obviously.
We were meant to spend the morning at various local government departments but couldn't and will now try to make up for our transgressions by working all the way through tonight and into the day tomorrow.
