A good rhythm is developing over the past few days, in terms of my routine. It is clear which aspects need to improve.
Slept at 0200hrs and got up at 0300hrs as I couldn't sleep. Eventually slept at 0600hrs but didn't get up till 1600hrs. 10 hours of rest in total. 1.5 hours improvement on yesterday.
