The dilemma with such a life in a territory such as ours - conducting the sorts of activities that we conduct - is that even when we work at the optimum level of 18 hours a day, there is still so much that needs attention.
The way around this has been to canvass for assistance which we do receive but in order to multiply it to the level where all outstanding matters are given due consideration in a timely manner, we have to institutionalise our activities.
That requires a leap in attention as well as support. Our people are yet to make that leap. Having said that, it has to be sooner rather than later.
