The following is a perfect example of the United Kingdom's 'pick and choose' policy when it comes to international diplomacy and advocating democracy abroad. Is it not ironic that Nusrat Ghani MP - whose family originates from AJK - has probably never had anything to say publicly - about the Pakistani occupation of this territory - that was designed and implemented by British colonialism - but is keen on advocating for the Uyghurs under Chinese occupation. Notwithstanding our point, the latter has its own merits of course and the territory in question is also adjacent to our country viz. JKA:
