The video below was broadcast on JKTV at a very critical stage of my hunger strike and is further evidence that the so-called 'Government of AJK' is a bogus 'Authority'.
I could so easily have died.
I was released more than 24 hours later because the local AJK 'administration' was still desperately trying to blackmail me into not sitting at Martyr's Square (Shaheed Chowk) Kotli any longer.
When a 'local administration' in Jammu Kashmir & Allied areas (JKA) is trying to blackmail you into surrendering your fundamental rights - despite you being in the throes of death for 4 days - gives you an indication of what Britain, India and Pakistan have directly done (and what America and China have indirectly done) to strangle the People's Sovereignty of JKA (the inhabitants 'Right to Rule'), since 1947.

The 'local AJK administration' were offered democratic terms for dialogue and resolution of any outstanding ambiguities about the right of the Public (The People of JKA - state subjects ref 1927 or pushtani baashindey in local parlance) to 'occupy' Shaheed Chowk (the most public square in the most populated district of AJK), especially in the context of India and Pakistan's declared intent and rapid moves to permanently divide the State of JKA, illegally and in total contravention of the legal document that created India and Pakistan.
Ref. Indian Independence Act passed by the British Parliament on 18 July 1947.
Dialogue is always the first, last and best solution.
The AJK 'government' deliberately avoided those terms with AJK PUBLIC AGENCY and decided to put Tanveer Ahmed in jail to quell dialogue and kill the Jammu Kashmir People's Sovereignty right for ever.
The 'AJK government' has committed treason against the very people in whose name it came into being. Namely, 'The Provisional Government Declaration' of 24 October 1947.
The 'AJK government' has rebelled against the very people in whose name it rebelled against the Dogra government, which itself came into being under a British designed autocratic constitutional agreement on the 16th of March 1846.
The People of Jammu Kashmir & Allied areas (JKA) have come full circle on the 16th of March 2022.
The UK government (inheritor of the British colonial empire) has to take its share of responsibility for resolving the JKA question. Our pursuit of this strategy is bringing us dividends, slowly but surely.
The Public of JKA, via the AJK Public Assembly (Awaami Assembly / Loka ni Assembly) will begin re-convening at Shaheed Chowk (Martyr's Square) Kotli on the 18th of March 2022, after a publicly agreed hiatus of 4 days from release.
It will directly dialogue with the UK Parliament in Westminster, London.
Immediate priorities in public interest....
1) AJK PUBLIC AGENCY needs 10 co-citizens (Maalik and Waaris in local parlance) for security and administrative purposes at Shaheed Chowk indefinitely from the 18th of March 2022.
2) Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kotli must make public the names of all those individuals or institutions that he referenced in dialogue with the public of Kotli; as the reason why he ordered my arrest, direct transportation from Shaheed Chowk Kotli to Kotli Jail and indefinite confinement there - conditioned on blackmail - for Tanveer Ahmed to surrender his right to sit at Shaheed Chowk Kotli, where he has pro-actively and successfully created public awareness (and public backing in written as well as financial form, on a trajectory covering 99% of the population of AJK) about the looming permanent division of JKA and to take the people of undivided JKA to a future that brings our governance on a par with the top ten countries of the world.
We most certainly have no more time to waste.
AJK PUBLIC AGENCY exists and functions to revert sovereignty back to the Public of JKA via direct democracy viz. Public Assembly.

آذاد جموں کمشیر کی حکومت نے ان لوگوں کے ساتھ بغاوت کی ہے جن کے نام پر 24 اکتوبر 1947 کو ایک عبوری حکومت بنائی تھی۔
آذاد جموں کشمیر کی حکومت نے ان لوگوں کے ساتھ غداری کی ہے جنھوں نے (بقول ان کے) ڈوگرہ حکومت کے خلاف لڑائی لڑی جو کہ(ڈوگرہ حکومت) برطانوی استعماری ذہن کے تحت 16 مارچ 1846 کو ایک آمرانہ آئینی معاہدے کے تحت معرض وجود میں آئی۔
متحدہ جموں کشمیر کے عوام 16 مارچ 2022 کو بھی ایک ہی دائرہ میں سفر کر رہے ہیں۔
موجودہ برطانوی حکومت ( برطانوی نوآبادیاتی سلطنت کی جان نشین) کو متحدہ جموں کشمیر کے مسلے کو حل کرنے کے لئے اپنے حصے کا کردار ادا کرنا ہو گا ۔ ہماری جدوجہد تقسیم شدہ ریاست کو جوڑنے کے لئے آہستہ آہستہ ہی صحیح لیکن فوائد دے رہی ہے۔
متحدہ جموں کشمیر کے عوام بزریعہ آزاد جموں کشمیر پبلک پالیسی کے تحت (جس کو مقامی زبان میں عوامی اسمبلی یا لوکاں نی اسمبلی کہتے ہیں ) دوبارہ شہید چوک کوٹلی میں 18 مارچ 2022 کے بعد عوام سے طے شدہ پلان کے تحت چار دن کے وقفے کے ساتھ بیٹھے گی۔
یہ عوامی اسمبلی براہِ راست طور پہ لندن میں برطانوی پارلیمنٹ سے مکالمہ کرے گی۔
عوامی مفاد کے لئے فوری ترجیحات۔۔۔۔۔۔
1) آذاد جموں کشمیر پبلک ایجنسی کو سیکیورٹی اور انتظامی مقاصد کے لئے دس شہری ( مالک اور وارث مقامی زبان میں) شہید چوک کوٹلی میں 18 مارچ 2022 سے غیر معینہ مدت تک چاہئے۔
2) ڈپٹی کمشنر کوٹلی کو ان افراد یا اداروں کے نام جو اس نے کوٹلی کی پبلک ایجنسی سے مکالمہ کرتے ہوئے بتائے، عوام کے سامنے بتانے ہوں گئے کہ اس نے کس وجہ سے تنویر احمد کی گرفتاری کے آرڈرز جاری کیے اور شہید چوک کوٹلی سے کوٹلی جیل میں غیر معینہ مدت کے لئے براہِ راست منتقل کیا اس شرط پر کہ تنویر احمد شہید چوک کوٹلی میں بیٹھنے کے حق سے دستبردار ہو جائے جہاں اس نے کامیابی سے اس سمت پر متحدہ جموں کشمیر کی مستقل تقسیم سے متعلق عوام کو شعور دیا ( اور عوام الناس کی طرف سے مالی اور تحریری تعاون حاصل کیا ) اور مستقبل میں متحدہ جموں کشمیر میں حکمرانی کے معیار کو دنیا کی دس بڑی معیشتوں کی طرز حکمرانی کے معیار تک لانے کی کوشش جاری ہے۔
ہمارے پاس یقیناً وقت برباد کرنے کے لئے نہیں ہے۔
"آذاد جموں کشمیر پبلک ایجنسی" اپنا وجود اس لیے رکھتی ہے اور کام کرتی ہے کہ وہ متحدہ جموں کشمیر کے عوام کے حق حکمرانی کو جمہوری طریقے سے بحال کرے اور ہم یہ کام عوامی اسمبلی (ڈائریکٹ جمہوریت) کے ذریعے کر رہے ہیں۔
