3) It is applicable to all those aspiring citizens of AJK (or its diaspora) whose assets amount to more than 1 Crore Pakistani rupees (roughly just over £30,000 UK pound sterling). The amount sought is 60,000 Pakistani rupees or its equivalent for the calendar year of 2023. The rate will change on 01 January 2024. It can be paid in installments if necessary (quarterly, monthly, weekly or even daily). 

4) Please clarify whether you fulfill the criteria to meet the above mentioned public finance needs in JKA. If you don't, you may take the responsibility to explain this issue to a member of your family, friends or acquaintances to fulfill this duty.

Note: Our break in the previous 24 hours was c. 14.5 hours (between 1830hrs and 0918hrs this morning). It was the longest break yet, in the 19 days of fulfilling what is effectively being on duty almost round the clock. 

I had a splitting headache, onset of flu and a disorientated stomach from yesterday afternoon all at once. By 1830hrs I felt it prudent to take respite at home and avoid the chilly air.

Having said all that, I did venture out just before midnight to the Square to check on matters. It did become a long winded 'overstay' at home ultimately as we suffered our first punctuality lapse after 18 days (equalling the previous consistency record thus far). It's back to square 1 in that respect. 

This also meant that after achieving our record overall punctuality performance of 70% yesterday, it has dropped back down to 69% overnight due to the lapse this morning.

A wonderfully informative insight into the actual rooftop of the world. I was specifically intrigued by the research into cosmic rays and how the Chinese are striving - quite candidly - to gain an edge over other nations/powers, by trying to tap into their energy potential. 

Meanwhile, I thought a little more could have been added about the region's ecological fragility and major fresh water source of the world.

This has provided me some respite - for a few hours at a time - as co-citizens are now slowly coming forward to volunteer their services. Now - strictly speaking - I'm no longer at the Square 24 hours a day. For the past few days I have also been taking an hour's break in the evening. Now, my presence has reduced to about 20 hours a day.
