Break day 11 of district (Kotli) wide tour

Given a variety of factors, it is possible that the remaining 7 political workers of 60 due to be interviewed in district Kotli may be postponed for a while longer than expected. We are already into break day 11 of our tour and have some immediate matters to attend to.
