21st century communications technology and 21st century governance.
It has to be dynamic and not static, as with traditional communication.
That means we cannot just write a letter to someone and then wait for a response, which usually arrives after a longer than expected wait.
If the response is standard and doesn't accept any responsibility whatsoever, that sounds like a waste of energy, time and resources.
Think Different....
That is what I began telling India and Pakistan in April 2005. Neither listened, let alone think different.
When they began listening it was already too late.
A neutral and independent Jammu Kashmir & Allied areas (JKA) is the most potent political idea of this age.
Its implications for the world are a sharp and net improvement in security, governance, economy and culture.
We urge global civil society as much as the 5 countries that have the most direct stakes in JKA to: listen, observe, comment, analyse and then prepare for table talk with a representative cross-section of politicians throughout JKA.
Remember, communication has to be 21st century dynamic and not pre 21st century static.
