This is yet another citizen of Jammu & Kashmir contributing his brain to a neighbour. On this occasion Asrar Ayyub of Rawalakot (I might just need to confirm that) provides suggestions to the State of Pakistan, from a disaster management point of view.
In his speech, he is able to point out a lot of the weaknesses which prevent Pakistan from progressing, which otherwise may incite hatred from some Pakistani audiences. Words assembled or delivered are an art of course:
