1) Aap barae meherbani apna muwaqaf de is zameen (riyasat/mamlikat) aur log (bashindey/humwatano) ko bachaaney ke muttalaq. 

2) Ye razakaaraana tax un ke liye hay jo Azad Jammu wa Kashmir me rehtey hain ya yaha se behroon dunya me gaye huwey hain (aur un ki aulaad). Is waqt hum ye zimmidaari Gilgit Baltistan, Jammu, Kashmir (Waadi) aur Ladakh ke baashindo par laagoo nahi kar rahey hain.

3) Ye mutaaliba un sab AJK ke baashindo aur un me se jo behroon mulk me muqeem hain, par laagoo hay jin ke athaathey 1 Crore Pakistani rupiye ke upar hay, jo ke British currency me bamushkil 30,000 pound bantey hain. Raqam ka mutaaliba 60,000 Pakistani rupiya hay ya us ki musaawi raqam. Ye 2023 ka rate hay jo Yakam (01) January 2024 ko tabdeel ho jayega. Ye raqam qisto me bhi ada ki jaa sakti hay agar zaroorat parhey. Yani har 3 ma baad, mahaana, haftawaar ya youmiya bhi.

4) Aap wazaahat karey ke aap in awaami wasail ke qwaif par utartey hain ke nahi. Agar nahi, to aap apney khandaan, dosto ya jaaney waalo me se kisi aik ko ye masla samjhaaney ki zimidaari le saktey hain.

5) Aap inkaar ya nazar andaaz karney ka haq bhi rakhtey hain. Aisi soorat me aap ka naam aik 'Awaami Mufaad ki Khilaafwarzi Karney Waalo ki Fehrist' me darj kiya jayega, jo manzar e aam par rahega; agar paighamaat milney ke baad aap ne 30 din ke andar koi jawaab nahi diya,

6) Shukrya aur ma-azarat lekin hamaari riyasat aik ehem mor par kadhi hay. Agar hum ne fori taur par maqool 'Public Policy' ke ikdamaat nahi liye to ain mumkin hay ke hum sab ko na qaabil e talaafi nuqsan pahuncheja.

1) Please provide your point of view towards saving this 'Land & People' initiative.

2) This 'voluntary tax' is for those State inhabitants (Riyasatee baashindey) who live in AJK or its diaspora (and their descendants). At this stage we are not canvassing inhabitants of Gilgit Baltistan, Jammu, Kashmir (Valley) or Ladakh.

3) It is applicable to all those aspiring citizens of AJK (or its diaspora) whose assets amount to more than 1 Crore Pakistani rupees (roughly just over £30,000 UK pound sterling). The amount sought is 60,000 Pakistani rupees or its equivalent for the calendar year of 2023. The rate will change on 01 January 2024. It can be paid in installments if necessary (quarterly, monthly, weekly or even daily). 

4) Please clarify whether you fulfill the criteria to meet the above mentioned public finance needs in JKA. If you don't, you may take the responsibility to explain this issue to a member of your family, friends or acquaintances to fulfill this duty. 

5) You are also at liberty to do nothing at all. In such cases, your name will be published on a 'Public Interest Offenders List' 30 days after these messages have been received by you.

6) Thank you and apologies but our State has reached a critical juncture of its existence. If we do not take appropriate public policy measures immediately, then we're all highly likely to suffer irreparable damage.
