There are many things duties that governments are supposed to perform and rarely do they meet the expectations of the average 'Joe'.
It is the expectations of the average 'Joe' that we wish and strive to surpass.
There is a conventional process and then there is #DirectDemocracy .
We wish and strive for the latter.
