Just over 70 years ago, we took a wrong turn in almost total innocence. We travelled so far in the wrong direction - en masse - that at any given moment, a change in direction for an increasing volume of traffic seems almost impossible.
Despite all that, it is possible. Communicating the right directions to the majority - in an orderly and understandable manner - is the challenge.
