Influenza has been affecting me for the past few days. At this point in time, it is even affecting my ability to write.
Suffice to say that the constitutional debate in AJK is finally being discussed beyond social media. Will the Kashmir Council (which acts effectively as an unnaccountable 'Upper House' doing all the meaningful legislation in AJK) actually be abolished? If it is, would that change the balance of power between AJK and Pakistan?
