If I didn't post a blog entry today my annual output stats would be something like this:

144 is 66.666666666667% of 216

Achieving 100% here - where communications technology and electricity are not a guarantee in most parts of the territory - at any given time - is almost impossible.

Just maintaining over two-thirds is quite good going, but could be better in terms of content, more detailed, less cryptic, more concise and even perhaps more global.
