My punctuality surplus has reverted to a deficit once again and almost all of a sudden. The deficit has emerged as 15 minutes. No excuses can be offered despite everything.

Punctuality percentage: 80 days on time or early of 136 = 59% punctual.

- If the prevailing government set-up in AJK fulfils any of its assumed duties, we will praise it.

- What it doesn't or cannot do is the responsibility of the public.

- If the public doesn't fulfil its responsibility, some of us have to adopt that responsibility according to our capacity.
