1842hrs:
Another all-nighter. Slept at 0700hrs and despite wanting to get up at 0900hrs I struggled to get up by 1600hrs. 9 hours of rest achieved today. I get the feeling that if I can carry out another all-nighter and refrain from sleeping in the morning to carry out outstanding departmental duties during the day, I can then target 2300hrs as a fixed sleeping time, wake up for Suhoor at c. 0330hrs and then fall back asleep at 0500hrs and then get up fresh by 0800hrs. Let's see how the next 24 hours transpire.
