Less we forget again. Ramadhan came upon us yesterday and thus I have a golden opportunity to address my sleeping performance.
Getting to sleep before midnight and then waking at 0400hrs for Sehri (pre dawn meal before fasting begins at c. 0500hrs). Then returning to sleep to wake up at 1000hrs. A total of 9 hours.
