In our persistent bid to integrate public policy between the public and the current governing structure in AJK, we write the following letter to the Assistant Commissioner (AC) to direct the local municipality (Baldiya) to engage with us in our tree planting and beautifying the square project:
Despite the AC marking the application for the local municipality (Baldiya) the latter have declared that their 'hands are tied' and they wish that they could be as active as me in beautifying the square!
