Meanwhile....judging from how events have played out over the past couple of weeks and how our people have remained calm and peaceful throughout this attack by the Pakistani State on a strictly peaceful struggle for basic rights, I made the following comment in many quarters today:
The theme of peace and the fact that the people of AJK are the most important variable in maintaining peace in this territory, has been proved once again.
This is a good omen & signal for demilitarisation of all foreign forces in this territory. Their presence is the most important variable in enduring conflict here.
