Another total day at home, missing out on my morning walk for just the 4th time since my fitness push began on the 7th of October 2025, while also missing my daily gym for effectively the 3rd time this week.
It is such lapses that prevent high-end results from being generated. It is also too late in the day to let this journey from 'Subject to Citizen' be derailed.
It was another late night last night, despite returning home from Mirpur yesterday evening. I didn't get to sleep before midnight and despite getting up at 0600hrs I drifted back to sleep till about 1000hrs. I have to stop this rot!
