Day 109 of this war and it is still very tough work getting information & analysis out there to the wider world from the central hub of activism in Rawalakot, AJK.
Needless to add, we are getting even stronger by the day and essentially waiting for our adversaries to realise how weak they actually are.

It is important that UK MPs engage with JKA PUBLIC AGENCY for a genuinely (verifiably) independent assessment of the situation in AJK.
Traditionally (or at least in the experience of this independent researcher) the UK State (not necessarily the government in power at any given time)
has been more visible, responsive, approachable & engaging in these past 21 years; than has any UK MP.
Though perhaps with the limited exceptions of Sarah Owen (Labour - Luton South) and Imran Hussain (Labour - Bradford East), the latter particularly of late.
The UK State even made an effort to visit AJK in 2011, at this independent researcher's suggestion to interact with civil society in the territory and assess public opinion before (General) Legislative Assembly elections that year. Apparently, the Pakistani State held prerogative over whether they could visit for this purpose or not and refused.
In the here and now more than ever since 1947, saving lives is as essential as dismantling the architecture of conflict in AJK. Colonial Great Britain had a major role in designing that architecture and has a legal obligation to assist us in removing it.
As a genuine peace has been choreographed by the people of this territory ( #RightsMovementAJK #JK #JAAC ); our diaspora and even the people of Baltistan, Gilgit, Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh have all contributed; especially post 5 August 2019.
