I was called up this afternoon by Mahmood Ahmed Musafir. He informed me that about 110 deaf and dumb citizens from all over Pakistan had converged on the capital of Pakistan today to protest. They were organised and had a military style formation in movement. Their demand from the powers that be:
"We want to obtain driving licences like everyone else".
