Inputting today's diary entry 10 hours and 5 minutes later than intended.
I did fall asleep soon after 0130hrs but couldn't get up till soon after midday. I have been busy elsewhere since.
I have long realised that I have to drastically change some of my own routine, in order to deliver results to our people.
