These past 24 hours have produced the worst results yet. Despite winding down at c. 2100hrs (9pm) yesterday evening, I couldn't get to sleep till the early hours of the morning and couldn't get up till midday, 9 hours behind schedule!

It appears that the Government of AJK has begun to streamline its departments according to the 4th of October agreement between JAAC and Pakistan's representatives, as adjudged from the following table:
