Thankfully my health is recovering with each passing hour, especially since the sun came out yesterday, after a few days of almost incessant rain. It should also be noted that I prepared for sleep not too long after the 2000hrs watershed. It was mighty difficult as I had to practice shut-eye in the dark for most of this aspired for window of rest. I did get up a few times in between but despite not getting any sleep, I still feel relatively fresh as I did try and shut my brain down.
Let's see how the day pans out today.
