My health hasn't quite recovered yet but I did get to sleep at around 2200hrs last night, having resumed my daily walk & gym routine earlier in the day. I did get up at 0500hrs but didn't feel well enough to get up.
Judging from the above performance, I am only 2 hours out of sync.
