Working hard to get back into an active fully-immersed-in-society routine, as has been the norm for over 80% of every 24 hour cycle, for the past 21 years. I took some 'Western' medicine yesterday, having failed to normalise myself with purely 'Eastern' ways of repairing the body.
I got up at 0900hrs today but I did try and sleep from 2100hrs onwards last night.
