This 'incident' occurred this evening at Battal (tehsil Hajeera) - near the LOC - where the Pakistani army man a checkpost. They were not allowing the party cadre of JKNAP (Jammu Kashmir National Awami Party) to proceed to their party convention in Kotli. Sanity prevailed soon after as no army can prevent an organised public group from travelling within their homeland.
