The public reference and sovereignty....
The discussion with the UK government will have to be one step at a time. I have too much documentation for them to read, to really understand the concept of a neutral JKA.
We will discuss sovereignty and the public reference (proving legally that veto power over the future sovereign status of this territory, namely Jammu Kashmir & Allied areas can only be exercised by those who qualify as State subjects (according to the original document of 20/04/1927).
Any aspiring subject to citizen can disagree on above legal interpretation and I would be keen to obtain feedback from anybody in the world.
