1155hrs:
Targeted sleep at midnight is the relatively easy part. Getting up by 0600hrs is the more challenging part. Nevertheless, despite trying from midnight I didn't get to sleep till c. 0200hrs but did get up at 0700hrs only to recline again after a short while and get up at 1100hrs.
This isn't the performance that will help me conquer the world!
I must battle on with myself and conquer myself before I can conquer the world.
