Today should have been a day of normalisation but it wasn't. I did aim to get to sleep at 2300hrs but didn't succeed until about 0100hrs this morning. I did get up at midday (after 11 hours) but the rain and overcast environment put me back to sleep again until 1700hrs. Thus, almost 16 hours of sleep....the longest I've had in quite a while.
