Slept at c. 0200hrs and got up at c. 0330hrs...went back to sleep again at c. 0600hrs...however didn't really get up till 1700hrs...about 12.5hrs of rest in total...
So, it seems that I'm slipping back into a direction that is not good for me or for the territory of Jammu Kashmir & Allied (areas).
I slept for a further hour between 2130hrs & 2230hrs during our Space on the Kashmir Valley. That brought today's tally of sleep to 13.5 hours.
