Its always hard recovering from a day off and so I'm struggling to back into the groove that I've set myself into - week in week out - with the odd lapse since the beginning of October 2025. I'm still distant from my aspired for daily routine of sleeping at 2000hrs (8pm) and waking at 0300hrs (3am). I didn't even manage to get up for Sehri (Suhoor or pre dawn meal before closing my fast) today, getting up beyond 1000hrs while having slept by 2300hrs last night.
