Still very distant from getting this sleeping routine right. Slept intermittently since around 1100hrs yesterday and despite getting up at 0830hrs this morning, again I had a few bouts of intermittent sleep till around 1400hrs today.
Being absolutely honest about my failure to adopt the optimum routine is at least a start!
