Now this is a true start, as I fell asleep soon after 2100hrs and got up at 0320hrs. This is almost within an hour (each side) of the ideal & optimum pattern of sleep, that I've aspired for, for almost a year now.

Now into Day 78, I have quietly surpassed my previous best of maintaining a 100% record till Day 69 of 2022, before I was arrested and sent straight to jail in Kotli. This ensured that I missed 4 days of blogging that year, eventually making daily entries for 361 of 365 days that year. This year - 4 years on - I have an opportunity to make it 365 of 365 days for the year. Of course, this is life permitting as well as liberty permitting too.
