Admittedly, or rather proudly, this isn't quite the false start of previous false starts. I did try and sleep during the hours of darkness from 2300hrs onwards, although I wasn't quite successful but I did try.
Obviously, I'll have to try and make up for the shortfall in sleep post 0500hrs, after Sehri.
