Working throughout the night before last followed by remaining active all throughout the day yesterday, was exhausting yet I didn't get to sleep before midnight last night. Nevertheless, I still managed to get up by 0530hrs this morning and I'm confident that I can build on this.
While I was 4 hours out of sync at the top end of my sleeping pattern (evening viz. 2000hrs) I was only 2.5 hours out of sync at the bottom end (morning viz. 0300hrs).
These are the gaps I need to fill while ensuring that I don't slip into a situation where I have to work all throughout the night again.

Participating in an election process #NoElection2026AJK is like being afraid of the future and travelling back in reverse gear.
Consistently from #May2023AJK Joint Awami Action Committee #JAAC has emphatically proven through genuine indigenous public agency, that elections under the prevailing Pakistani-administered regime have passed their sell by date as a practical administrative framework for #PublicPolicyAJK and an example of mockery of #DemocracyAJK .
Hence the direct documented communication between representatives of the State of #Pakistan and representatives of #PublicOpinionAJK culminating in a written agreement on #4Oct2025AJK .
This event superseded the expired election process.
It is clear this 4th of October 2025 document is also nearing its expiry date with the deadlock on 12 refugee seats in Pakistan, which clearly negatively impact
#GovernanceAJK .
It is now time for the Joint Awami Action Committee to give its public stance of #InternalPublicContractAJK , which is the next institutional stepping stone towards a genuinely free government in #AJK .
Participating in elections is like driving in reverse gear.

The core committee of Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee (JK JAAC) were provided an exclusive closed door briefing by yours truly for an hour this evening. My 30 minute briefing was followed by a 30 minute Q & A session.
They seem to have grasped most - if not all - of the concepts, themes and arguments presented. Their consistent on-the-ground outreach to the public for almost 3 years, seems to have borne fruit.
