Working throughout the night before last followed by remaining active all throughout the day yesterday, was exhausting yet I didn't get to sleep before midnight last night. Nevertheless, I still managed to get up by 0530hrs this morning and I'm confident that I can build on this.
While I was 4 hours out of sync at the top end of my sleeping pattern (evening viz. 2000hrs) I was only 2.5 hours out of sync at the bottom end (morning viz. 0300hrs).
These are the gaps I need to fill while ensuring that I don't slip into a situation where I have to work all throughout the night again.
