Today didn't produce the kickstart efficiency that I had naively envisaged. Sleeping soon after midnight (4 hours later than my aspired for target) I did get up at 0830hrs (5 and a half hours later than my aspired for target) but drifted back to sleep intermittently till about 1600hrs. There's clearly still a lot of work to do.

I follow Sonam Wangchuk with keen interest, as I find him to be the most enlightened human in the whole of JKA (and even beyond I dare say):
