Although, work on Neelum-Jhelum Hydroelectric Project started 10 years back,d promises made by WAPDA r yet to be fulfilled. Hawyaa is the the part of Hell in hereafter,  promised by God in holy Quran to those hypocrites who uses name of Islam for their notorious gains
