Countdown to end of 2025: 27 days
Slipped up again today in terms of timing, although my various daily routines remain unaffected. The problem is always at the top end viz. the previous evening's sleeping time. Last night, I drifted almost unconsciously on social media and before I knew it, it was beyond midnight!
I did get up at 0400hrs to visit the outdoors bathroom and could have quite easily begun my day at that point but I fell back asleep thinking I wouldn't have energy to get through the day. I did wake at almost hourly intervals but it wasn't until 0830hrs that I eventually got up, convinced that my rest was complete.
